Processing Time All orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Available on orders under $500
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available on all orders
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Available on select orders
Signature Required For security purposes, a signature is required upon delivery for all orders over $500. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package.
Insurance & Declared Value All shipments are fully insured for their purchase value. In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

- Orders $200–$999: Complimentary standard shipping
- Orders $1,000+: Complimentary expedited shipping
International Shipping We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options are coming soon. Customers will be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages Golden Eden Jewelers is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure address. Please contact us immediately if you have concerns.
